Are pets allowed in the studio?

ABSOLUTELY!

As longs as we can snuggle them they are welcome!
How long can I book a studio for?

All studios are available to book for sessions ranging from 2 to 8 hours, allowing flexibility for both short shoots and full-day content creation.
Can I book the photography studio AND another studio for the same session?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to book the photography studio alongside another studio in the same session. Combined bookings receive a discounted rate.
What is included in my booking?

Each booking includes access to your selected studio, change rooms, bathrooms, makeup chairs and lighting, along with our range of styling homewares and shoot-ready accessories to help bring your vision to life.

High speed WIFI is also available for the duration of your booking.
Is there parking available?

Each studio booking comes with two dedicated parking spaces.

*however if you are the only booking for your time slot there may be up to 6 car spaces available
Studio rules and guidelines

We ask that you respect the studio as you would your own creative space. Please leave the studio in the same condition it was in when you arrived, and remove any excessive rubbish at the end of the session.

Please note there may be other studios in use while your session is running, please be mindful of noise levels, and staying within your dedicated space.

If you move any furniture, props or lighting during your shoot, please ensure everything is returned to its original position before you leave. Cleaning supplies are available should you need them.

For safety, please take care when working with lighting and equipment.

What are your operating hours?

Standard hours are 8am - 5pm

After hours bookings and weekends are available on request.

What makes 72 Studios the ultimate creative hub?

Absolutely!

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes, photography studio, content studio 1, podcast studio and product studio are all wheelchair accessible.

We also have wheelchair accessible bathroom.
Can I cancel and get a refund?

Cancellations made 5 days prior will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours will recieve a credit to use for future bookings.

Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, if no notice is given no refund or credit will apply.

All equipment provided within the studio is available to support your booking and enhance your experience. By using any equipment on-site, you agree to the following terms:

Equipment Availability

While we aim to provide access to all listed equipment, availability is not guaranteed. Certain items may be:

  • In use by another client
  • Temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or repair
  • Rotated or updated as part of studio improvements

We recommend bringing any essential equipment required for your shoot if it is critical to your booking.

Care & Responsibility

All equipment must be handled with care and used appropriately at all times. Clients are responsible for:

  • Using equipment as intended
  • Following any instructions provided by studio staff
  • Ensuring all items are returned to their original position after use

Equipment must not be removed from the studio under any circumstances.

Damage & Loss

Any damage, breakage or loss of equipment during your booking is the responsibility of the client. This includes damage caused by:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Accidental damage during setup or pack down
  • Third parties attending your booking

Where damage occurs, you agree to cover:

  • The full cost of repair, or
  • Replacement value if the item is deemed irreparable

An invoice will be issued and must be paid within the specified timeframe.

Studio Right to Charge

The studio reserves the right to charge the booking holder for any damages identified during or after the booking period.

Reporting Issues

If any equipment is faulty or damaged upon arrival, it must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in the damage being attributed to your booking.
